  • HOW MUCH DO YOUR SERVICES COST?
    You can expect to invest $10,000 when you begin working with us. Whether you consider this a big or small investment, we comprise multiple shoot days, assets, and systems to truly maximize your ROI in every way possible (schedule a call with us so we can show you how). *PLEASE NOTE* This is not the price for only 1 video. Our systems and unique approach are designed to give you a multitude of assets, be cost effective, and save marketing dollars long term. We work with colleges all across the country, and our system allows us to keep costs the same for all schools no matter location.
  • HOW MUCH TIME AND EFFORT IS REQUIRED OF ME FOR THESE TYPES OF PROJECTS?
    We recognize the extensive effort that goes into producing and completing awesome videos. Our team oversees every step from conception to completion, ensuring an easy and streamlined experience for you. While we've got it all under control, you're welcome to be as hands-on as you prefer! With regular updates and providing you with 1v1 contact, you'll always be in the loop. Ultimately, our mission is to seamlessly bring your vision to life without adding to your workload.
  • I KNOW I NEED VIDEO CONTENT - BUT WHAT TYPE? AND HOW MANY?
    During our discovery call, we'll help you determine what kind of videos we'd recommend to you, and how they can help your institution based on your desired goals. We'll walk you through our Student Enrollment Video Marketing Funnel, as well as our Collegiate Content Catalyst approach. Our video strategy incorporates filming a wide variety of content across consecutive days to create drag-and-drop assets without having to schedule separate film dates for separate deliverables.
  • HOW LONG DOES THE WHOLE PRODUCTION PROCESS TAKE?
    Different video projects have unique processes depending on their type and quantity. For instance, comprehensive projects like commercials and documentaries can span 3-6 months from inception to completion. Meanwhile, medium-sized projects like promo and brand videos might take 1-3 months, and event recap videos less than 1 month due to immediate relevancy. Remember, these timelines encompass everything from pre-production, film-production, post-production and final delivery.

    The first step to begin collaborating together can be initiated by completing our form located here on our website. It can be found in the navigation tab at the top of the page titled, "WORK WITH US". Once completed, we'll be in touch to talk further and discuss next steps.
  • YOU'RE LOCATED NEAR PHILADELPHIA, PA - DO YOU WORK WITH CLIENTS OUTSIDE OF PENNSYLVANIA?
    Yes, we do. In fact, some of our past projects have required filming in locations all across the US and world, including California, Florida, New York, and London. We have built strong relationships with other industry leading cinematographers and creatives around the globe that allows us to scale, manage, and build teams specific to your needs, no matter the location. This allows us to create better videos for you, and helps keep costs down (compared to traditional video agencies).
  • DO YOU WORK WITH OTHER COMPANIES OR IN INDUSTRIES NOT RELATED TO HIGHER EDUCATION?
    Yes! Although the majority of our work is with schools, colleges, and universities, we still at times work outside of the higher education industry. Many aspects of our production process can be applied to any industry.
  • HOW WILL YOU ENSURE THE VIDEO(S) WILL ALIGN WITH OUR INSTITUTION'S BRAND AND VOICE?
    To guarantee your video(s) resonate with your school's identity, we immerse ourselves in your institution's core values, mission, and visual elements like colors, logos, graphics, and fonts. By working closely with your team and harnessing these insights, we design video assets for you that truly capture and amplify your school's unique brand and voice.
  • WHAT IS REQUIRED OF ME DURING PRE-PRODUCTION?
    Once we start working together, your primary responsibilities in the pre-production phase involve linking us with essential video contacts, participating in meetings to finalize the project's scope, and assisting in obtaining permissions for specific filming locations, like certain classrooms. Leave the rest to us!
  • WHO AM I IN TOUCH WITH THROUGHOUT THE PRE-PRODUCTION PROCESS?
    Typically, your main contact throughout the video production process will be our Creative Director, Nick Savino. He handles all aspects of pre-production, working directly with your team to answer any questions you might have and to simplify the production process.
  • HOW DO WE COLLABORATE DURING PRE-PRODUCTION?
    We use Google Drive and Milanote for all of our file sharing during pre-production so you'll have complete access to all documents our team creates (scripts, moodboards, production schedules, etc). We also have pre-project video call meetings to make sure all parties are on the same page regarding goals, project vision, and scope of work. Throughout pre-production, we'll send routine updates to make you aware of all project progress.
  • WHAT IS THE TIMELINE FOR PRE-PRODUCTION, AND WHEN CAN WE EXPECT TO MOVE TO THE FILMING PHASE?
    Pre-production timelines are influenced by the intricacy of your project and the unique attributes of your deliverables. In this phase, we invest time in understanding your institution's values, mission, and branding components. Our tasks include crafting scripts, developing moodboards, curating shot lists, coordinating schedules, and securing the right talent/locations. Typically, this process spans a few weeks to a month, but can vary. As we complete these tasks, we'll actively share them with you for confirmation. Once everything is set and we have your nod of approval, we'll proceed to the filming phase, keeping you informed every step of the way.
  • HOW BIG IS YOUR FILM-PRODUCTION CREW?
    For most projects, our film-production team will consist of 2-5 people pending scope of work and type of video being created. This team usually consists of a creative director, director of photography, production assistant(s), and a photographer.
  • HOW MANY DAYS DOES IT TAKE TO FILM?
    Typically, majority of videos take 1-3 days to film, with exceptions based on total number of videos and scope of work.
  • IF WE ARE FILMING INTERVIEWS, DO I HAVE TO CONDUCT THEM?
    No, in fact, we recommend you don't! Our team is highly-skilled in guiding interviews in a way that motivates genuine and impactful responses from participants. We understand the art of storytelling through interviews and can seamlessly integrate these moments into the larger narrative. Rest assured, we'll handle the interview process to ensure your message is conveyed with authenticity and clarity. We take pride in making people feel comfortable on camera!
  • WHAT GEAR DO YOU SHOOT WITH?
    Without getting too "techy", we shoot all of our projects on cinema-grade cameras, with a preference for Sony (sorry Canon). We also professionally light our videos to create a vibrant and stylized look.
  • DOES YOUR TEAM ALSO DO PHOTOGRAPHY?
    Yes, we do! Although a video-first company, photography is usually an add-on service we offer that coincides with branding and marketing efforts. That being said, we are capable of stand alone photo projects. You can check out our photography work at the "PHOTO" tab.
  • HOW LONG UNTIL I GET TO SEE MY EDITED VIDEO(S)?
    After we finish filming, the time to see your edited video(s) depends on the project's size. We'll give you a clear project timeline tailored to its scope, so you know precisely when to expect your deliverables.
  • WHAT IS YOUR REVISION PROCESS LIKE?
    We allow two rounds of revisions per video asset we deliver to our clients. We also use Frame.io to create an easy and straightforward review process when making feedback on the videos we provide you.
  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR YOU TO MAKE REVISIONS?
    Once we receive any desired changes you would like made to your video(s), we typically make the changes and send you a revised version back within 48 hours. We always like to keep the project moving so you can receive your finalized assets as soon as possible.
  • DO I RECEIVE ANYTHING ELSE IN ADDITION TO MY MAIN VIDEO DELIVERABLES?
    Yes, we also offer custom thumbnails for higher engagement and click-through rates, video versions with and without subtitles for accessibility purposes, different aspect ratio videos (vertical/square) for social sites such as Instagram/TikTok, and much more.
  • DO YOU DO CUSTOM ANIMATION WORK?
    We can provide simplified animation work such as motion graphics within videos, but do not provide full-length animated videos.
  • WHERE DO I PLACE AND UTILIZE MY VIDEOS ONCE I RECEIVE THEM?
    Once you receive your videos, there are multiple platforms and avenues to showcase them for optimal reach and engagement. We provide you with a framework that helps you better understand where to place these videos for better engagement and utilization. Below are some ways we distribute our videos: Website: Integrate videos on relevant pages – this could be the homepage, dedicated video galleries, or specific program pages. Videos can enhance user experience and increase page retention. Social Media: Share on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Tailor the video's length and format to suit each platform's specifications. YouTube and Vimeo: Utilize these platforms as a video library and embed links on your website or in emails. Email Campaigns: Include videos in newsletters or promotional emails to engage recipients better and potentially increase click-through rates. Ad Campaigns: Use videos in digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or Instagram promotions. Campus Displays: If applicable, play videos on monitors or kiosks throughout campus to engage visitors and students. Cinematic Video Tours and Webinars: For higher-ed institutions, integrating videos into web-based campus tours or informational webinars can enhance the experience for prospective students. Alumni/Donor Outreach: Share videos in alumni newsletters, emails, or dedicated platforms to keep the community engaged and informed. QR Codes: Attach QR codes to printed materials or displays that link directly to your videos, providing a seamless transition from physical to digital engagement. Recruitment Events: If attending student fairs or other events, have videos ready to play at your presentation or booth to quickly capture attention.
  • DO YOU RUN ADS AND TRACK CONVERSIONS FOR VIDEOS?
    While we do not offer digital marketing services, we have great relationships and partner with other companies that do provide digital marketing services. The companies we partner with fully understand and have implemented our video strategy for higher-ed institutions before. If you are not using a digital marketing company at all, we highly recommend partnering with a company we recommend to get the most out of your content.
